This  design is possibly related to the  The Black Friar Pub. 174 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4, with its Interior designed by Herbert Fuller-Clark (b.1869, d. after 1912). The original building was constructed in  1875. and subsequently remodeled in several stages beginning 1903, 1914, and 1925, with decorative elements undertaken by  by Nathaniel Hitch, Frederick Callcott, Henry Poole, and Farmer and Brindley.
