This appears to show a German aeroplane dropping a parachute mine in the entrance to a harbour. The aeroplane has no markings and its shape is very reminiscent of a British aircraft - an Airspeed Oxford. The searchlights have 'coned' the aircraft and there are AA shell bursts above it.
