Generally poor condition

The pilot  wears RAF flying kit - the figure next to him is a Polish Army officer as the PAF did not wear Konfederatka's (a square-topped cap). The cap top left looks like a US Navy sailor. Below is  Sikh.
Pencil sketches to the margins include caricatures of General de Gaule.
It is unknown if this usual design commission was realized.
